1.) The first step to successful communication is identifying your own personal barriers and learning about what keeps you stuck. Once you know what behavior changes you want to make everything else is easy.

2.) The next step is learning more about your own communication style, how it serves you and how it impacts others. The more aware you are of your communication style and intentions in relationship with others, effective communication happens more naturally.

3.) The third step is practice, practice, practice! Mary teaches you a simple model for open communication and incorporates role playing for skill building. The more you practice, the more efficient you become. It’s that simple!
